ARBITRATION

All disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

The arbitrator shall be independent, legally trained, and experienced in e-commerce or information technology. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the above, Onusy reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in courts for protection of intellectual property or confidential information.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan (including consumer courts).

Note: This is a legal address for correspondence only. Returns are not accepted at this location.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate these Terms or your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason—including misuse, non-compliance, or unlawful activity.

Upon termination:

  • You must stop all use of the Site immediately

  • Your access credentials may be revoked

  • Any pending rights or obligations will remain enforceable

If you are dissatisfied with the Site or its content, your sole remedy is to discontinue using onusy.com.
