Free Delivery: On orders above Rs. 2000/-

Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays or public holidays)

Please note: Delivery may take up to 7 working days during busy seasons or high-demand periods.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a flexible and fair return & exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Return Period
You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be in original condition, unused, and unopened. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, contact us immediately.

3. Exchanges

Once confirmed, a courier will pick up the old item and deliver the replacement.

Exchange shipping charges are Rs. 350 (covers two-way delivery).
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, even if "free delivery" was offered.

In certain cases, refunds may be issued once the return is in transit and tracking is provided.
